2.4 KYC Verification. win92 reserves the right to request documentary verification of identity, age, address, and/or payment method ownership at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and at periodic intervals in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by win92 will result in Account suspension until verification is complete.
Jurisdictional Restriction: win92 does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of win92 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. win92 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in contravention of local laws.
3.1 Credential Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. 3.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.2 Player Funds. All funds deposited into a Player's Account are held in segregated accounts separate from win92's operational funds. This arrangement ensures that Player funds remain available for withdrawal regardless of the Company's financial position.
4.3 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, the Player warrants that the funds are lawfully owned and derived from legitimate sources. win92 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial authorities. Deposits suspected to constitute money laundering will be frozen pending investigation and reported accordingly.
4.4 Declined Deposits. win92 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion without being obligated to provide reasons. Declined deposit funds are returned to the originating payment method promptly.

9.2 Restricted Use. 12.1 By the Player. A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting win92 customer support.
